What you’ll do:

Voyis’ network of resellers and partners act as an extension to Voyis in promoting our subsea optical technology and is is a large proponent to Voyis’ global outreach.  At Voyis, the Channel Partner Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our external channel network by providing operational support, fostering partner engagement, and facilitating seamless communication between Voyis and our channel network. Reporting to and closely collaborating with the VP Sales and Marketing you will focus on enhancing channel efficiency and sell-through.

The ideal candidate is open to engaging collaboratively with external partners, has strong attention to detail, and is an effective communicator. Responsibilities:

·        Primary Liaison: Operate as the primary liaison and main point of contact for all external partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their readiness for success. You will disseminate new sales opportunities driven by channel partners to the Sales team to initiate Voyis’ sales process.

·        Operational Coordination and Onboarding: Manage day-to-day operations with channel partners, including sharing updated marketing and product information, conducting training, maintaining partner agreements, and onboarding new partners.

·        Performance Oversight: Monitor channel partner network output by analyzing performance metrics, conducting quarterly review meetings, and identifying trends to improve network efficiency and effectiveness to refine the channel’s performance.

·        Channel Strategy: Collaborate with the VP of Sales and Marketing, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to plan and execute a strategy to improve the sales throughput of the channel network.

·        CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date partner details and deal pipelines within HubSpot CRM, ensuring effective sales forecasting to support Sales and Operations planning and documenting performance.

·        Content Collaboration: Work closely with Voyis’ marketing team and Heads of Markets to identify gaps in industry-specific content that impact our partners. Support the creation of engaging, market-specific materials tailored to partner needs.

·        Event Coordination and Execution: Plan and execute partner-focused events such as webinars, product showcases, and tradeshows in partnership with the Marketing team to enhance Voyis’ representation and influence through the channel network.

·        Relationship Building: Travel domestically and internationally to attend industry events, trade shows, and visit partner facilities, strengthening relationships and deepening collaboration.

·        Proactive Communication: Maintain consistent dialogue with partners, sharing product updates from the Product team, understanding limitations to enhance offerings, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue through partner channels.

·        Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze, interpret, and present data gathered from our CRM.

·        Ownership and ability to work independently achieving improved channel partner performance.

·        Capable of building trusting relationships through honesty, reliability, and expertise.

·        Passion for the Ocean!

·        Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

·        Experience with managing or engaging with external stakeholders.

·        Experience in event coordination, account management, or partner support role, preferably in B2B sales environments.

·        Experience working with ocean technology.
